The Simons Family Funtime Band

Available for dances, weddings and parties, the Simons Family Funtime Band has been performing to delight of many for more than a dozen years. They have been featured at the Croton Point Hudson River Fesitval, but they are perhaps better known for playing free summer concerts at local parks, and a variety of community events in Croton-on-Hudson and the Town of Cortlandt.

Led by “Burlap Don” on the accordion, the Band also consists of:
             “Johnny Silk” (Sekelsky) – Accordion
             Dagmar Mickelsen – Violin / Vocal
             Debbie Simons – Clarinet / Vocal
             John & Dan Simons – Trumpets
             Niki Simons – Keyboard / Vocal
             Rich Simons – Double Bass

Over the years, we have also had the blessing of many other fine musicians who were able to join in for performances.  Several of Don's grandchildren are also musically inclined, and will likely be regular participants before too long.
